Gromore tracks creators using their public profile URLs — no creator login or API access required. Just paste a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube profile URL and we'll start tracking automatically.

How accurate is the analytics data?

Accepted Answer

Gromore pulls from public data sources. View counts, follower numbers, and engagement metrics are accurate within the last sync window (typically every 6–24 hours depending on your plan). Real-time data is not available.

Can I connect my own Slack for notifications?

Yes. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack and click 'Connect Slack'. You can configure which event types trigger Slack notifications (campaign milestones, payment events, competitor spikes, etc.).

How do creator payouts work?

You define payout rules (base fee + CPM rate + milestone bonus) per campaign. Gromore calculates what each creator is owed from real video performance and queues it for your team's approval, with a full audit trail. You then record the payment made through your own bank or payment provider.

Can I manage multiple brands or clients?

Yes — Growth includes 3 workspaces and Agency includes 10, one per client or brand. Each workspace has its own accounts, campaigns, and creator roster, while your plan and video credits are shared across all of them.

Growth ($199/mo) covers 7,000 videos, 100 accounts, 50 creators, creator discovery, and full analytics history. Agency ($349/mo) covers 25,000 videos, 250 accounts, 500 creators, 20 seats, custom sync schedules, and 10 client workspaces. All plans include a 7-day free trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
